1.1 These Terms outline the conditions for purchasing products from UAB Balaretis, Company Code: 305189312, VAT Code: LT100012479019 ("Seller") through our website. By making a purchase, the customer ("Buyer") acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.1.2 We reserve the right to involve third parties to assist in delivering goods or completing necessary processes to fulfill our contractual obligations.
2.1 Any individual over 18 years of age, or minors aged 14-18 with parental or guardian consent, can place orders on the website. By completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms they meet these criteria.
2.2 The Buyer selects products by browsing the website and adding their desired items to the shopping cart.
2.3 Before finalizing the order, the Buyer must review their selection to ensure all product and delivery details are correct.
2.4 The contract between the Seller and Buyer becomes valid when the Buyer completes payment, and the Seller sends a confirmation email to the Buyer.
2.5 All orders are securely stored on the website for future reference.
2.6 The Seller reserves the right to cancel the contract if the Buyer provides incomplete or incorrect information or if payment is not completed in full.
2.7 Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide when placing an order.
2.8 Buyers are required to maintain the confidentiality of their login details. Any actions taken under the Buyer’s login are considered the Buyer’s responsibility.
3.1 All product prices listed on the website are final and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included unless explicitly stated. For international orders, customs duties or additional taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.
3.2 The total cost, including any delivery fees, is confirmed when the Seller processes the Buyer’s order and sends the final confirmation.
3.3 Buyers can make payments through Stripe (to be confirmed), using payment methods such as credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other services specified by the Seller.
4.1 Orders for in-stock items will be dispatched within 1-5 business days upon receipt of full payment. Preorders (items not yet in production) will be dispatched within 14-60 calendar days following full payment. Delivery times may vary based on the Buyer’s location and selected shipping method.
4.2 The estimated delivery time after dispatch for orders within Lithuania is 2-4 business days, and for international orders is 4-30 days. The Seller is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers.
4.3 The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by the Buyer or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
4.4 Once the goods have been delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, the order is considered fulfilled, even if the package is received by another individual at the address.
4.5 If the Buyer provides an incorrect address or fails to collect the goods from the delivery service, they will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for reshipping.
4.6 Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must inspect the package and the contents for any visible damage. Any issues must be reported to the Seller immediately, accompanied by photos of the damaged product.
4.7 If we are unable to deliver the ordered product for any reason, we will notify the Buyer and offer an alternative product. If the Buyer does not accept the alternative, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days.
5.1 All relevant product details, including specifications and materials, are provided on the product pages of our website.
5.2 Please note that due to differences in screen settings or lighting, the actual product may differ slightly in color or appearance from the images shown online. These variations are not considered defects.
5.3 We offer a 10-year warranty on all our jewelry products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects but excludes damage resulting from external harm, improper use, or accidents caused by the customer.
5.4 External harm refers to any damage caused by wear and tear, physical impact (such as dropping the jewelry), exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or contact with rough surfaces. These kinds of damage are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by the warranty.
5.5 To maintain the longevity of the jewelry, we advise keeping pieces stored separately to avoid scratches and preventing contact with sharp objects, chemicals, or rough handling.
6.1 The Buyer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the product without providing a reason. To request a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email at info@balaretis.com.
6.2 Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all labels, certificates, and packaging intact. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6.3 Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition, the Seller will refund the full purchase amount, including any initial delivery costs, within 14 days.6.4 Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
7.1 The Buyer should inspect their product upon receipt to ensure there are no defects. Any issues should be reported to the Seller immediately with supporting photos.
7.2 In the case of defects, the Seller will either repair or replace the product. If this is not possible, the Buyer will be refunded the full purchase amount.
7.3 The Buyer must cover the cost of returning any defective items, but the Seller will reimburse this cost after receiving and confirming the defect.
7.4 Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or general wear and tear is not covered by the Seller's warranty.
8.1 By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to provide accurate personal data, including name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
8.2 The Seller processes this data solely for fulfilling orders, handling customer service, and, with the Buyer’s consent, for marketing purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties except for purposes necessary to complete the order (e.g., couriers).
8.3 Buyers have the right to access, update, or request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the Seller.
9.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on the website, and the new Terms will apply to any orders placed after the changes have been published.
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, the Buyer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Rights Protection Authority or seek resolution in court.
